Our Prescott Park Suite, our homage to Portsmouth's historic, waterfront, public park and grounds. Originally, this area was several small parcels of land, purchased through a trust set up by the Prescott sisters. Their intent was for its beautification and donation to the City of Portsmouth for public enjoyment. Appointed in the colors and textures of a lush garden, the Prescott Park suite is certain to become a favorite retreat for visiting guests.
Our popular Seacoast Sands Suite is reminiscent of a seaside cottage.
Our Strawbery Banke Suite was inspired by Portsmouth’s historic Strawbery Banke Museum. The Museum is a local treasure, sited in Portsmouth’s oldest neighborhood and featuring more than 40 restored buildings built between the late 17th and mid-20th century. Our Family Room can accommodate up to 6 guests with 2 extra long, full size beds plus a queen size sleep sofa. The bath serves double duty, spread out over 2 distinct private areas, one reserved for the bathtub and commode, the other with 2 sinks. With the added amenities of an in-room microwave and refrigerator and more spacious than a Standard Room, the Family Room is the way to go when traveling with the whole gang!

Deluxe Rooms: feature all standard room amenities plus oversized desk, residential style lighting and appointments, upgraded furniture package and bathroom night lights.
Premium Rooms: feature all deluxe room amenities plus upgraded bathroom package to include granite tops, ceramic tile and Cape Cod bead board wall treatment. Premium King Rooms also include oversized work desk with executive task chair, oversized leather chair and ottoman.
We offer our business travelers meeting and conference room space to accommodate up to 35 people. Audio/Visual equipment and catering can be arranged, please discuss your special needs and requests with our front desk staff.
We are a pet friendly hotel and have a few pet rooms. Rate is $20.00 per night per pet plus $100.00 deposit. When traveling with your pet, we encourage our guests to check on availability and book in advance as our pet rooms are very popular.
